Minnesota State Fair 2009

OK, I'm way overdue for a blog update. Haven't posted one since before summer started. It's been busy around here with a 6 year old out of school and an almost 2 year old running around and getting into trouble! I promise I will post some of our summer adventures in the weeks ahead (now that I have free time during Porter's naps!).

School starts tomorrow for Connor and I have been really looking forward to him going back, but now I know the real work begins: getting him up, dressed, fed, teeth brushed, homework done and ready for the bus to arrive at 8:07! Porter and I won't know what to do with ourselves all day, but I'm sure we will come up with something! It's hard to believe Connor is starting 1st grade already. I'm hoping he has a great year!

We went to the State Fair last Friday with our friends Greta and Henry. We had a really fun time, ate lots of good Fair food and spent too much money! Here are some photos of our trip to the Fair:
